Culture plays just as important a part in the attractiveness of the village as the beauty and diversity of the landscape and the sense of hospitality. There are not-to-be-missed events, such as the Summer Concerts sponsored by the General Council, the “Gateway to the Mercantour Festival” and its evenings of music, dance, theatre and story-telling. Local associations also organize events, such as the Choir festival (“Beuil en Choeurs”), which takes place every year on the last weekend in June. Throughout the Summer, painters and photographers are invited to exhibit their works.
